DEl, Traffic Enforcement and Innovation at our February 8th Meeting

As chaos has become the normal in politics, reaction has derailed our best intentions to share thoughts about UM changes to DEl. Please welcome Andre' Watson, President of the Ann Arbor Branch NAACP. He will provide insights about the University of Michigan's decision to no longer solicit diversity statements as part of faculty hiring, promotion and tenure.

Mr. Watson will provide an update as what this means to the University community and what to expect next.

Cynthia Harrison, Ann Arbor City Council Ward One will share information about City Council's action on traffic enforcement. She will also provide an update about her recent appointment as the Director of Innovation at the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office.
